History of Coal Injection

At first all anthrax was used as blow-off fuel, because blow-off instead of coke mainly used fixed carbon in coal, 100% of the use of anthrax blow-off just to meet such needs and ideas. Later, due to the limited supply of anthotic coal and its raw coal reserves continue to reduce, the market price is gradually climbing, the use of cheaper, more abundant long flame coal and anthotic coal mixed blowing has become the pursuit of steel enterprises to further reduce smelting costs. After many studies and experiments, nitrogen inertation technology is used in the process of mixing coal grinding powder and blowing, so as to increase the safety of the system and prevent coal blasting, which is the key technology to obtain mixed blowout. The test of nitrogen protection system successfully makes soot enter the substantive stage as blow-off fuel. In recent years, according to the different conditions of the operation of the plant system, most steel mills in the north have increased the proportion of soot mixing to 30%-50%, and the addition of soot blowing can be active blast furnace reduction atmosphere, to reduce iron blast furnace to provide more hydrogen elements. Then, in the last two years, due to the renewed shortage of anthrusted coal resources, lean and refined coal also gradually entered the market, the southern Wugang, Masteel and so on will be the mixture ratio of three kinds of coal once stabilized at 1:1:1, and achieved better economic effects. It can be foreseen that the future, as a key cost-saving technology, the use of three coal resources mixed blowing, is the direction of development.
